I have been providing quality homes for Pacific Northwest residents for over 45 years.  My focus has been on the affordable housing concept, building and developing infill land for multi-family, rowhouses and condominiums. I build innovative housing which provide maximum efficiency at market rates. I especially take pride in building homes for the first-time buyer. 

As a builder in this current market, it’s important to focus on the environment with energy saving products and techniques. I work with Earth Advantage and Energy Trust to build energy efficient sustainable homes which qualify for a Platinum Rating through Earth Advantage. In addition, my homes are designed by licensed architects, structural engineers and talented interior designers. My companies have built hundreds of single and multi-family homes as far south as Klamath Falls Oregon and as far north as Port Angeles Washington. I have also built in numerous neighborhoods throughout the Portland Metro area.
